Autumn is the beginning of building the basis. Our running course"Fit through autumn"provides new impulses for your running training in form of the right mix of strength, speed and endurance training. Varied, fun and at the same time challenging training units are on the weekly program and lay the foundation for a successful end of the year, e.g. at a New Year's Eve run.
